not really sure where to start this one which is probably why i havent blogged it yet...straight to the point two weeks ago i resigned my position as assistant manager...it was with great dismay that in the end it came this...for the past year i've struggled, won, lost, enjoyed, stressed, entertained and the list goes on for this place...i've sacrificed much and received much...although my planned departure was eminent it was never intended to occur so soon nor the way it did...but enough is sometimes enough and i finally held true to my philosophy of if i didn't enjoy it anymore, if i was no longer receiving anything of value from my work, it wasn't what i was supposed to be doing...and so ends my tenure here. of course everyone wants to know why but i've ranted enough to my staff this week whom im leaving behind and they to me also so i'll leave that for another day...
on what i think is the high note of it all, im moving down to denver to just kinda bum it with random jobs here and there for the next 12 months or so or less...so if your hiring or knows someone who is hiring, im unemployed effective when i close the restaurant down today...and it is a great relief...cheers!
